Refunds and Rebates

Productivity4you is happy to consider all claims for refunds provided they are received within 30 days of purchase. However Productivity4you reserves the right to refuse claims for refunds if it is deemed unacceptable in accordance to our Refund and Rebates policy, as stated below:

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any of the following items to Productivity4you, for any reason, for a full refund (we'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error):

• Any software product in its original condition
• Any unopened product (still in its plastic wrap)
• Any downloadable software (and related software keys)
• Any item from Productivity Online Store in new condition with original packaging and accessories.

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from productivity4you.com. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. We cannot accept items returned after 30 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Productivity 4 you Limited, and its partners, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post to or transmit through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the Terms and Conditions of Use, or your violation of any rights of another.
